Our pricing is based on a per-replied-lead model, with rates ranging from $30 to $100 per qualified lead response, depending on the service tier and campaign complexity. Payment terms include:

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• We only charge for leads that actively respond to your campaigns
• All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are available within 7 days of service initiation

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business and target market
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding marketing communications
• Respect recipient privacy and honor opt-out requests promptly
• Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes

5. Data Privacy and Security

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
